Our Casual Classes open to all levels. They are the best way to compliment your strength, flexibility and dance skills used in your Pole courses!
Pole Dance
Pole Dance
A choreographed dance class offering pole moves and tricks with a dance workout. It’s a great way to have a bit of a laugh & get an insight into what our Beginner & Intermediate courses offer. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Mixed Tricks
Mixed Tricks (Intermediate and Advanced levels)
This tricks class promises to support and challenge our higher level Polers, with new trick combos and a focus on different grip types. Join us, as we gain strength and of course... Practice both sides!
Pre-requisite: have learnt inverting and how to spot. You’ll be expected to train safely and keep each other safe.
Stretch & Flex
Stretch & Flex
This class is designed to assist pole students (or anyone) to achieve deeper stretches and more flexibility.
Stretch & Flex is a great class to attend when the body is warm and a great way to maintain your body and prevent injuries. Please bring a mat.
Pole Fit
Pole Fit
An intense conditioning workout that will amp up your current routine. This class is designed for dancers and non-dancers to build stamina, functional strength, and to sculpt and tone. This is not a dance class.

Spinner Tricks
Using the spinning poles is not as easy as it looks – but it is indeed the magical look of the spinning pole that attracts and mesmerises us. All of them are about beauty, grace and control – and a great workout of course!

How Many Classes Should I Take?🔗
This is one of our more common questions, and it’s totally up to you. If you’re a beginner or haven’t worked out in a while, we recommend doing just one class a week. You can move up to two classes for a beginner to a medium-level student. Ideally, you should aim for three workouts a week, and this is where you’ll see the improvement in strength, skills, and endurance.
